This high-carbon steel Torio Butcher knife set is a beast. These artisan crafted knives are ruthlessly sharp and can easily cut through tough meat, fish and tackle any deboning task. These handmade, full-tang knives are great for slicing, chopping, boning and cutting succulent BBQ. The Torio knife set also has a unique added function: a premium control finger hole, which enables a secure grip while providing an esthetic appeal to it.

The handle is made of imported African wenge wood, which has excellent strength and hardness properties. The wood is dark in color with a distinctive unique figure. These knives are well balanced and very comfortable to hold.
